* Only Indian Residents, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) who are competent to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1881, shall be eligible to apply for any matter concerning transactions.
* The Applicant is responsible for complying with all statutory regulations under applicable Indian laws, including those for NRIs/PIOs. The Company will not be liable for any non-compliance.
* Payments are subject to the rules and regulations of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and guidelines by VISA/MasterCard/American Express or any other card organization, as applicable from time to time.
* All payments are subject to the risks associated with electronic transactions, including technical failures. The Company shall not be responsible for failed transactions or amounts debited from the Applicant’s account but not credited to the Company due to errors. In case of any such errors, the Company will inform the Applicant and process refunds, if applicable, after investigation.
