Venkatesh graffiti, a new joint venture project of Shree Venkatesh Buildcon Pvt Ltd (an Ankush Asabe Venture) and Lonkar family, was launched recently amidst much fanfare. The project situated at Keshav Nagar, Mundhwa was inaugurated by Pune mayor Chanchala Kodre. Speaking on the occasion, Ankush Asabe, chairman and managing director, Shree Venkatesh Buildcon Pvt Ltd, said, “It is not just the modern amenities and well designed layout of these 660 apartments, which is built over 9.5 acres but a well connected neighbourhood of Koregaon Park, Kharadi and Viman Nagar that has helped us score a century of bookings on the launch day.
